Digital Freight Management Solutions was founded in 2014 and is literally a union between shipping/customs brokerage and software engineering. The idea for this company came about in an unexpected challenge - assisting with a Customs Trade Declaration with over 1500 invoice items. The process was daunting, having to manually group 1500 unorganized items down to 100 with the correct tariff codes, duty and cost. As with any new project we started small initially providing a way to manage commonly used tariffs. Over many product development cycles what started as a simple tariff management tool became a complete 'customs brokerage' software suite and what was a two-person two-day task was reduced to minutes.

Our mission is to provide modern, fast, reliable and courteous Customs Brokerage and Shipping services. By combining commercial software development experience, we are able to leverage/create customized software tools to facilitate our data management and computational-based services.
